To give you a better understanding of what it is really like to work here, the following members of staff have been happy to share their experiences of working at Healys.
Kelsi Bruley
Kelsi Bruley works as a Business Development Co-ordinator in our London office, she says "I've been working for Healys a year this April, and it's amazing how quickly the time has passed. Coming from an employment background in property, and conveyancing, I always knew Healys had a very good reputation in the field. And now I know why. It is a pleasure to work in an office with so many friendly faces; everyone made me feel welcome from day one. I am very much looking forward to the next year ahead, helping the business grow, and helping sustain the fantastic reputation that Healys has today."
Gemma Phillpott
Gemma Phillpott works as a Conveyancing Assistant in our Brighton office. Since joining in 2005 the Firm has sponsored Gemma to complete her ILEX Level 3 Qualification and she is now studying for the Level 6 exams. Gemma tells us 'I feel that Healys have encouraged me to progress my career further and have been supportive of my drive and ambition to become a legal executive'.
Darina Gowen
Darina Gowen works as a Legal Executive in the Residential Conveyancing department at Brighton. She tells us "I think Healys is like the Benetton of law firms. The people working here are really diverse and so are our clients. This makes it interesting and fun, both at work and social events which include a wide range of local, cultural and sporting activities."
Hayley Whitehead
Hayley Whitehead joined the Firm in July 2007 as Legal Secretary, she says 'working for Healys was my first proper job as a Legal Secretary, I was very nervous about starting and had only a little idea of what it may be like from studying the Legal Secretaries Diploma at college but everyone made me feel very welcome and I enjoy working for Healys.'
Vicky Geerts
Vicky Geerts works as a Paralegal in the Family and Matrimonial department within the Brighton office, she feels that "Healys has provided me with a very friendly and supportive atmosphere to work in, along with offering great training and development opportunities."
