Catherine has a wide range of experience in family law, including divorce and finances, Non- Molestation & Occupation Orders, pre-nuptial agreements, co-habitee disputes, and children proceedings in both private and public law. She also offers advice to same sex couples, including pre-civil partnership agreements and civil partnership dissolutions.
Prior to joining Healys, Catherine worked in Bexhill and Hastings and has a reputation for demonstrating empathy and understanding, whilst being a firm negotiator with excellent financial awareness.
Working with Kathryn Sawyer, together they form an experienced team which offers confidence to all family law clients.
