Catherine has been a family lawyer for 18 years and qualified as a solicitor in 1995.
Catherine has a wide range of experience in family law, including divorce and finances, Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders, Pre-Nuptial Agreements, Cohabitee disputes, children proceedings in both Pivate and Public law. She also offers advice to same sex couples, including Pre-Civil Partnership Agreements and Civil Partnership Dissolutions.
Prior to joining Healys, Catherine worked in Bexhill and Hastings and has a reputation for demonstrating empathy and understanding, whilst being a firm negotiator with excellent financial awareness. She works with Kathryn Sawyer and together they form an experienced team, who offer confidence to all family law clients.
