Charles has practised Immigration Law exclusively for over 14 years and in that time has accumulated a wealth of knowledge across a broad range of immigration topics.
These topics range from political asylum and human rights (in which arena he has represented high profile applicants) to Citizenship, European law, Business immigration, Investors Visas, Entry Clearance applications; Appeals and in-country applications under the Immigration Rules for leave to remain and settlement.
Charles is also an experienced Advocate and has presented in excess of 1000 appeals before the Immigration Tribunals, enjoying a success rate far in excess of the sector average. Charles often advises other law firms where they have particularly complex immigration issues to resolve.
Charles has also trained many immigration lawyers who have gone on to practice at the Bar, in the private and public sectors and for prestigious organisations such as the UNHCR and Amnesty International.
