Cordelia joined Healys in October 2011 but has a number of years' experience of dealing with all residential conveyancing matters, including house sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), transfers of equity, lease extensions, shared ownership, remortgages (both residential and buy-to-let) and new build developments.
After studying with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers through its distance learning course, Cordelia qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in September 2009.
Cordelia believes the key to a fast and stress free transaction is developing a good working relationship with all parties involved at the outset of the matter and clear communication with all parties whether by email or telephone throughout the process.
