Experience
Daniela joined Healys in April 2009 after successfully completing her training contract at a Hertfordshire law firm and qualifying as a solicitor.
Daniela undertakes work in a number of different areas within the Dispute Resolution department. Her work at Healys has included acting for Claimants in professional negligence cases, contractual disputes, residential landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, debt recovery, defamation, construction disputes, contested probate actions including claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 and enforcement action.
Most of Daniela's training prior to joining Healys was spent practising in Litigation where she gained experience dealing with many different areas of litigation including residential possession proceedings, other landlord and tenant matters (residential and commercial), a variety of contract disputes and debt recovery actions.
She is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association, which consists of solicitors who specialise in acting for claimants in negligence claims against professionals.
Daniela is keen to develop her own client base and her own caseload and believes that her friendly and confident approach as well as her knowledge in these areas will enable her to do so.
