Darina is a legal executive in the Brighton conveyancing department, undertaking all aspects of residential property work and dealing with the full range of residential conveyancing matters, including property sales, purchases, right to buy matters, joint ownership transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages, trust deeds and grant of new leases of developments.
Having worked as a residential conveyancing executive in various firms in London since the mid-1980's and gaining a wealth of experience in property matters, Darina moved to Brighton in 2008 to work at Healys.
Darina applies a practical problem-solving approach to property law matters and conveyancing to ensure that transactions proceed quickly whilst always ensuring that the needs of the client and their lender are met.
