Experience
Jane joined Healys in 1986 as a junior secretary, becoming personal assistant to Senior Partner Marios Pattihis and then moving to a full fee-earning role in 2003.
Having considerable experience in a wide range of property-related matters, Jane advises on residential sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), lease extensions, shared ownership, buy-to-let, remortgages, new build developments and transfers of equity, as well as providing general property law advice.
Jane's clients range from first-time buyers to high net worth individuals and companies, and she is known for both the proactive and efficient nature of her work and her good-humoured and friendly approach.
Awards
Jane has been awarded the Clifton Ingram Prize and the Ilex Tutorial College Prize for her performance in ILEX examinations.
