Jane is a Senior Family Solicitor. Admitted in 1979, she has vast experience of assisting clients with all aspects of relationship disputes. Her work includes pre- and post-nuptial agreements, divorce and the subsequent division of assets, agreements regarding cohabitation and its breakdown, property disputes, plus disagreements regarding children and their welfare, future education, maintenance, contact and residence issues, international jurisdiction disputes and dealings with foreign courts.
Having built up a strong client base, as a result of working at major UK and International firms such as Nabarros and Davies Arnold Cooper, Jane acts for many company directors, business people, bankers and entrepreneurs both in England and abroad.
Jane regularly appears in the High Court, County Courts and the Principal Registry in London.
Although preferring to retain the advocacy roles for herself, Jane has built up good working relationships with a number of family law barristers whom she instructs when necessary. Her aim is to work towards a negotiated settlement where possible and to avoid unnecessary conflict, but she will proceed to court if that is the only way to further the client's interests.
