Experience
John joined Healys in February 2008 and established himself as a fee earner in June 2009. He studied with the Council for Licensed Conveyancers through its distant learning course and qualified as a licensed conveyancer in November 2009.
Prior to this, John began his conveyancing career at a solicitors' in Crawley, West Sussex gaining valuable experience with a high volume caseload. John studied Law at the University of the West of England, where he attained a 2:1 in 2004.
Having experience of dealing with a vast range of property matters, including domestic sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), lease extensions, shared ownership, buy-to-let, remortgages, new build developments, transfers of equity, John also provides general property law advice.
John is known for his proactive and efficient nature and has a professional and concise approach to conveyancing transactions.
