Kathryn has considerable experience in advising on family law issues, including divorce, ancillary relief, children's matters, including public and private law, cohabitee disputes, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation and separation agreements, Non-molestation & Occupation Orders, pre-civil partnership agreements and civil partnership dissolution.
Possessing a good understanding of the real and practical difficulties experienced by people experiencing relationship breakdown, Kathryn's sensitive but firm approach means she is well placed to achieve right and fair results for each client.
