Experience
Kerry joined Healys LLP in October 2009 as a trainee solicitor in the London commercial litigation department. She qualified as a solicitor in December 2009 and continues to assist Robert Johnson and Carolyn Wilson within the department. She also assists Mark Davies in the property litigation department.
Kerry has acted for individuals and companies in a range of commercial litigation cases including contractual disputes, claimant professional negligence, debt collection and insolvency. Possessing particular expertise in property litigation Kerry also works on tenancy disputes to include repossession claims.
Prior to October 2009, Kerry was a trainee solicitor in a City firm, having completed seats in residential and commercial conveyancing and employment law.
