Kiri is the Head of the residential property department which provides the full range of property-related and residential conveyancing services to clients.
Since her commencement at Healys, Kiri has been instrumental in developing the department into a thriving successful component of the business, known for providing a swift but diligent service whilst still remaining accessible and communicative as it is important to the department that the client's experience is as smooth and as trouble-free as possible.
Kiri and her team act for a broad range of clients from first-time buyers to high net worth individuals, companies, developers, banks on secured lending and property funds. Kiri has also developed a wealth of contacts in the UK and overseas.
She believes that the key to success in the department is having a clear understanding of a client's needs and ensuring that all parties in the transaction are kept fully informed and involved at all times. Kiri believes in maintaining positive relationships with her clients, both in their own matters and in the new introductions and opportunities her connections can provide.
