Kyri advises on a full range of international corporate finance transactions and commercial matters, particularly in the private company sales and M&A market. He has acted for a diverse range of clients including owner-managers, start-up companies, management teams and high net worth individuals/sophisticated investors. In addition to this, he has experience in acting for a broad range of UK/international corporations having served with a Top 15 UK Law Firm.
Kyri has previously established a US corporate finance business and developed a UK business.
