Mark is a Partner in the London office, and head of the Property Litigation Department. He acts for a wide range of commercial and residential property owners in respect of both landlord and tenant, and real property disputes.

Mark has been involved in several high profile property claims over the years. Recent examples of which include:
- Acting for a landlord in a well publicised residential property claim;
- Acting for an institutional residential landlord in a claim to increase the rental income of its property portfolio;
- Advising a developer on varying restrictive covenants impeding development;
- Advising a landlord in respect of major works to a large residential block;
- Advising an institutional landlord on a disputed rent review.
The property litigation team works closely with our residential property and commercial property teams, and we always look to take a commercially-suitable approach rather than jump head first into litigation. We also work closely with and have well established links with barristers' chambers and other property specialists such as managing agents and surveyors.
