Experience
Martin leads the Corporate Services team at Healys; he deals with a wide variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity deals for funders and management teams, and negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts.
With extensive experience in cross-border acquisitions and joint ventures, Martin acts for entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and public companies. He joined Healys from Beale and Company where he gained additional valuable experience acting for consultants in the construction industry, advising on contracts and corporate matters.
Prior to 2007 Martin was head of the corporate department at Mackrell Turner Garrett, where he had become a partner in 1988. He takes a pragmatic and commercial approach to any project and is keen to share his experiences and knowledge with all members of the team to ensure that the client receives valuable and consistent legal advice.
