Melanie joined Healys in 2006. She is experienced in advising on all areas of insolvency law for business owners, creditors, financial institutions and insolvency practitioners.
Melanie deals with both corporate and personal insolvency matters. She also deals with a diverse range of property issues arising in the context of insolvency
Melanie gained invaluable hands on experience during a 6 month secondment in a national firm of insolvency practitioners where she was involved in the day to day administration of insolvent estates.
She passed her CPI Exam (Common Proficiency in Insolvency) in 2009 with a merit and was awarded by R3 a trophy for the highest overall score in the CPI examinations for the Region.
She is a member of R3 (Association of Business Recovery Professionals) and the Insolvency Practitioners Association.
