Michael's focus is on large multi and uni jurisdictional transactions, listings, syndications, contract drafting, negotiation, arranging and regulation. He has been retained by Banks (both local and in the EU), Governmental Authorities, EU Organs, Public Companies (including those listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange and International Markets), Private Companies and Private Individuals.
Each year Michael handles an average of more than EUR 0.5bn worth of transactions and cases.
