Nick is an Employment Consultant based in Healys London Office.
Nick advises on all aspects of employment law and industrial relations, including contractual issues, TUPE, discrimination, redundancy programs and employment tribunal claims. He has significant experience and expertise in advising companies on the legal aspects of change management including mergers, acquisitions, restructures and consultation obligations. He regularly advises on senior appointments and terminations, contractual disputes, restrictions and business protection arrangements.
Before joining Healys in September 2009 Nick was for 4 years Director of Legal Services at a legal and people management consultancy. Previously Nick headed the in-house team advising on all the employment law aspects of the £7bn London Underground PPP and on other PFI projects.
Nick is a member of the CBI National Employment Law Panel and the CIPD Board of Studies and regularly presents on a wide variety of employment issues for clients, professional organisations and legal training TV.
