Experience
Nicholas joined Healys (then John Healy & Co) in 1991 and qualified as a solicitor in 1993.
He became a salaried partner with Healys in 2001 and since April 2009 has been an equity partner in Healys LLP and Head of the Dispute Resolution Department.
He has, throughout his career, undertaken a broad range of commercial and civil litigation work and his expertise includes construction law, contractual disputes, partnership and shareholder disputes, breach of warranty claims, fraudulent misrepresentation claims, professional negligence and defamation.
Nicholas has extensive experience in interim injunctions, freezing injunctions, and search orders involving high-value claims. He acts for many high-profile international and "celebrity" clients and is well known for his pro-active approach to dispute resolution and understanding of the needs of clients.
