Partner in the commercial litigation department principally dealing with contractual, partnership and shareholder disputes and claimant professional negligence work.
Robert has broad experience in commercial litigation to include: IT disputes; banking and other fraud; claimant professional negligence; partnership and shareholder disputes; insolvency; breach of warranty claims and other contractual disputes.
Robert often shares the risks of litigation with his clients by acting on various forms of conditional fee agreements. By way of example:

Prior to joining Healys in 2005, Robert had previously been a partner in a large regional firm and before that he was an associate solicitor in a large city practice.
