Trevor is head of Healys insurance litigation department, principally dealing with personal injury litigation and claims arising from the construction of insurance policies.
Having extensive experience in acting for insurance companies, claims management companies and insurance departments within FTSE 100 companies, Trevor divides his time predominantly between claimant and defendant personal injury litigation, including road traffic accidents, employer's liability, occupier's liability and public liability claims.
Trevor has specialised in this field of litigation for more than 30 years.
