Vanessa is an executive working within the insurance litigation department of Hea!ys LLP, specialising in personal injury litigation following road traffic accidents, claims against employers for accidents at work, occupier's liability and public liability claims.
Having a wealth of experience in representing claimants and defendants, Vanessa currently prefers to represent claimants – particularly in relation to credit hire claims and claims for losses for taxi and minicab drivers.
